These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and purchase of gold and silver coins from K D Pure Crafts.

  • Products: Gold coins and silver coins of various weights and purities

Product Weight Tolerance

  • Minor variations in weight or design may occur due to the manufacturing process and are industry-accepted standards.
  • For Silver Coins, ±0.5% weight tolerance will be there, i.e., for 1000 grams, the actual weight may vary between 995 grams to 1005 grams.
  • For Gold Coins, weight tolerance will ±0.010 grams to ±0.020 grams.

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Metal rate will be booked only after receiving full payment, only then manufacturing will commence.

Additional Charges

  • Any additional charges such as shipping, insurance, or packaging (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of order.
  • GST charges will be applicable on making charges, all sorts of packaging, customised die, colour printing charges, parcel charges, etc., as per government guidelines.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to location, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch.
  • K D Pure Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government regulations.
  • In case of any loss during transport, customer will have to wait until the claim is settled by the insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, cancellation is generally not permitted due to price volatility in precious metals.
  • In any case of cancellation, the customer will have to bear the difference in the metal rate as per the market.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted for gold and silver coins unless:
  • The product delivered is incorrect, or
  • There is a manufacturing defect verified by K D Pure Crafts.
  • Any approved refund will be processed as per the prevailing policies and may include deductions.

Buyback / Exchange

  • Silver/Gold coins can only be exchanged in place of silver/gold metal. Also, the making and other charges will not be returned.

Purity & Colour

  • We guarantee the purity of the metal, but we will not be liable for any natural changes in the colour of the coins.
  • Colour Coins are UV Printed coins. Though the colour is permanent, we will not be responsible if the colour is tampered, removed or scratched.

Limitation of Liability

  • K D Pure Crafts shall not be liable for:
  • Market price fluctuations
  • Loss due to resale value changes
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to the invoice value of the product.

Compliance with Laws

  • Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including taxation, customs, or regulatory requirements.
  • Identity verification may be required for high-value transactions as per government norms.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, images, and branding used by K D Pure Crafts are the intellectual property of the company.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Force Majeure

  • K D Pure Crafts shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad.

Amendments

  • K D Pure Crafts reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be applicable from the date of publication.
